Terms of use constitutes of an agreement between you and the Gangtok Cab Services. Use of the Gangtok Cab Services indicates the unconditional acceptance of below mentioned terms and conditions.
Booking Criteria
You must allow sufficient time while booking your taxi for any delay caused by the traffic or weather conditions. Gangtok Cab Services shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passenger/s are not ready at time of pickup.
You must order the car as per your space requirements. Gangtok Cab Services cannot guarantee to carry luggage beyond the guidelines allowed.
Prices & Payments
The rates plans have been listed on our website.
Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you the final quotation on your phone after getting all the details about the booking.
The Payment would be through cash only or credit before end of service.
Gangtok Cab Services will charge for waiting at its standard rates after the initial 30 minute period has expired.Please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform Gangtok Cab Services promptly of any errors.
Gangtok Cab Services shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from by your failure to provide Panther Taxis with correct information.The Payment can be through cash only Cancellation/Refund in any case of cancellation/refund. The charges would be applicable as per our Refund/Cancellation policy.
The Services
The customer will be responsible for the behavior of all the passengers in the taxi during the journey. Gangtok Cab Services will not carry more passengers than allowed by the concerned department.
Miscellaneous
Gangtok Cab Services may change these terms of use at any time by posting changes online.
Gangtok Cab Servicesmay subcontract its obligations under this agreement.
