Itinerary

  Arrival – Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station to Darjeeling

  Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, you will be received by our driver and transferred to Darjeeling (approx. 3–4 hours). The journey offers beautiful views of tea gardens, rivers, and winding hill roads. After reaching Darjeeling, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, you can explore the local market or take a leisurely walk at Chowrasta (Mall Road). Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

  Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

  Your day begins very early in the morning, around 4:00 AM, with a drive to the famous Tiger Hill, one of the most popular sunrise points in India. As the sun rises, you will witness the golden rays illuminating the majestic Mount Kanchenjunga, and on clear days, even Mount Everest can be seen in the distance.

  On your way back, visit Batasia Loop, a beautifully landscaped garden with a war memorial, followed by a visit to Ghoom Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in the region.

  After breakfast, continue your sightseeing with visits to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, where you can explore mountaineering history and see rare Himalayan wildlife.

  Later, enjoy a ride on the Darjeeling Ropeway, offering breathtaking views of tea gardens and valleys. You will also visit Happy Valley Tea Estate, where you can learn about tea processing.

  In the afternoon, visit the peaceful Peace Pagoda Darjeeling, followed by the scenic Rock Garden Darjeeling. Return to your hotel by evening.

  Mirik Sightseeing

  After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Mirik, a beautiful hill destination known for its serene lake and scenic landscapes. En route, you will pass through the peaceful forest area of Lepcha Jagat and stop at Simana View Point, which offers stunning views of the India–Nepal border.

  You will also visit the Indo-Nepal Border area, where you can experience the unique culture of both countries. Continue your journey to Mirik and explore the famous Mirik Lake, surrounded by pine forests and tea gardens. You can enjoy boating, horse riding, or simply relax by the lakeside.

  After sightseeing, return to Darjeeling by evening.

  Departure

  After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station/Sikkim for your onward journey, carrying beautiful memories of Darjeeling.
