  Full Day Darjeeling Sightseeing

  Your day begins very early in the morning, around 4:00 AM, with a drive to the famous Tiger Hill, one of the most popular sunrise points in India. As the sun rises, you will witness the first golden rays illuminating the majestic Mount Kanchenjunga, and on clear days, even Mount Everest can be seen in the distance. The breathtaking view makes this experience truly unforgettable.

  On your way back to Darjeeling town, you will stop at the scenic Batasia Loop, a unique railway loop where the famous toy train winds through beautifully landscaped gardens. The site also features a War Memorial dedicated to Gorkha soldiers and offers panoramic views of the mountains. A short visit to the peaceful Ghoom Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in the region, adds a spiritual touch to your morning.

  After returning to the hotel for breakfast and a short rest, your sightseeing continues with visits to the renowned Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and the nearby Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, where you can learn about mountaineering history and see rare Himalayan wildlife such as the red panda and snow leopard.
